“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence” - Aristotle

The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. “Nama” means bow, “as” means I, and “te” means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you.”
Namaste :)
Namaste is a sanskrit word used in salutations. It usually means “the spirit in me recognize the spirit in you”
Namaste is a standard greeting/goodbye. Essentially, the translation is “I recognize the divine in you”. In Sanskrit and Hindu thought, every single thing is a facet, quality, or part of the divine. Namaste :)
Thankyou all!! :)

Ok so I feel ashamed having to ask this lol.

What does Namaste mean?

So I thought I’d be really happy moving back home.

Turns out it wasn’t being home that made me happy over the holidays, it was being away from somewhere that made me unhappy.

So now if here is making me unhappy…..what am I to do?

What do you do when you’re routinely told by your mum youre:

  1. selfish
  2. thoughtless
  3. pathetic
  4. on a ridiculous diet (vegetarian… um not that ridiculous)
  5. ungrateful
  6. ruin everything
  7. cause arguments
  8. always making everything bad
  9. putting on weight, prone to heart disease and diabetes and disgusting
  10. lazy (so all this job hunting I’m doing, and me actually bothering to do stuff is called doing nothing?)
  11. messy (?!! I have some socks on the floor. that’s all)
  12. a slob (ditto)
  13. careless
  14. doing things on purpose to get out of stuff. I.e. me forgetting to do something gets a sarcastic “oh very convenient” as she thinks that I’ve deliberately done something, reiterating in her mind my alleged “lazyness”

I can’t even show her that list, because she will just not accept it. She’ll think I’m making it up. Mum always has to be right in her mind.

I can’t believe that I can’t be happy anywhere. It’s unbelievable but yet happening to me. :(

Sunburnt my legs! FML.

Of a whole village & woods…….. Only I could feel this!
